## Frequently Asked Questions

**How quickly can you get us a shortlist?**
First shortlist is delivered within 3 business days of a completed scoping call.
For roles available in the database, sometimes sooner.

**What happens if the first engineer doesn't work out?**
EnzRossi replaces the engineer at no additional cost within the first 30 days.
This is a contractual guarantee, not a courtesy.

**Do you work with companies outside the US?**
The primary market is US companies. European and Australian companies have been
placed but the timezone fit is evaluated case-by-case.

**What is the minimum engagement length?**
Staff augmentation and dedicated squads are month-to-month after the 2-week trial.
There is no minimum commitment beyond the trial. 30-day notice to end an engagement.

**Do you offer hourly contracts?**
No. All placements are monthly-rate engagements. Engineers are team members, not
hourly contractors.

**Can we meet the engineer before deciding?**
Yes. The selection process includes client interviews before any commitment.
You select the engineer — you're not matched without input.

**Is there a cost to the scoping call?**
No. The scoping call is free and there's no obligation after it.

**Do you handle payroll and compliance?**
For staff augmentation: EnzRossi handles the engineer's employment contract,
Brazilian payroll, and compliance. The client pays a monthly rate to EnzRossi.
The engineer is not a direct employee of the client.

**What about IP and confidentiality?**
All engagements are covered by a service agreement with IP assignment and
confidentiality clauses. Engineers sign NDAs aligned with the client's requirements.
