## What it is

A fractional CTO is a senior engineering leader who works with your company part
time, typically one to three days a week, and owns technical strategy,
architecture, vendor decisions and the engineering hiring plan. EnzRossi pairs a
fractional technical lead from its Latin American network with full-stack
engineers from the same vetted bench, so the plan gets executed.

To be clear: the fractional CTO is a senior engineer with leadership experience
contracted through EnzRossi, working as part of your team and reporting to your
founders. Not an EnzRossi executive.

## How it works

1. Technical assessment (2 weeks): codebase, architecture, infrastructure cost,
   security, team. Written findings with priorities.
2. Match the technical lead: shortlist of two or three, you interview and pick.
3. Agree the operating rhythm: days per week, meetings, decision rights.
4. 90-day roadmap and team plan. Engineers from the bench can join the same month.
5. Monthly reviews. When ready, the lead helps you hire a full-time CTO and hands over.
