Our Story
EnzRossi started as a bet that Brazilian engineers were good enough for Silicon Valley. Turns out, they were better.
Alisson Enz founded the company in 2022 after spending 10+ years working with international teams and seeing the same problem repeat: the talent was there, but the management and leverage weren't. He built EnzRossi to fix that.
We formalized a 5-stage vetting process after early data showed most placement failures came from soft-skills gaps, not technical ones. In 2024 we expanded sourcing across Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay, while keeping operations based in Maringá.
Today we have placed 200+ engineers with US companies and we're still getting the process tighter every quarter.

Finding good remote talent is hard. Keeping them performing is harder. We do both. We vet and place LATAM talent trained in AI tools, communication, and the skills most companies forget to test for. Then we follow up to make sure they stay that way.

Growth is not optional. Every person on our team has a learning path that covers hard skills, workflow tools (GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, code review), and AI. We never stop teaching and we never stop learning.
Companies hire for hard skills and fire for soft skills. We train for both: communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, adaptability, over-communication, continuous feedback, punctuality, and always under-promising and over-delivering.
