Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're widely used to make websites work correctly, to improve performance, and to give site owners information about how people use their sites. Websites can also keep information in your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.

This policy explains what cookies EnzRossi uses, why we use them, and what your options are. It complements our Privacy Policy.

We group cookies into four categories: necessary, analytics, functionality, and marketing. Necessary and functionality cookies are always on, because the website needs them or because they only keep what you typed so you don't have to type it again.

Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and off by default. We only set them if you accept them in the cookie banner, either with "Accept All" or by turning on the category under "Customize". If you click "Reject" or close the banner, they stay off. Browsing the website does not count as consent. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

These cookies are required for the website to function. Without them, core features, like remembering your cookie choices or submitting forms, would not work. You cannot opt out of these cookies in the banner.

This includes Cloudflare Turnstile, which we use to keep bots out of our forms. It runs invisibly when you submit a form and reads limited technical data from your browser to make that check. Cloudflare handles that data under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Analytical cookies help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for this purpose. These cookies are only set if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner.

The data is pseudonymous, not anonymous. The cookies hold a random identifier for your browser, and your IP address reaches Google or Microsoft when the tools load. Clarity also records sessions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and the pages you view) and builds heatmaps from them.

Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode. Before you accept, it sets no cookies, but it still sends Google basic signals about each page view (such as the time, the page, and browser information, with your IP address as part of the request). Google uses them to produce aggregate, modeled statistics. Microsoft Clarity does not load at all until you accept.

We also measure traffic and page performance with Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Cloudflare Web Analytics. They set no cookies, do not fingerprint your browser, and do not track you across sites, so they run for every visitor regardless of your cookie choices. They report to us only as aggregate numbers.

Functionality cookies save what you typed in a form, such as your name and email, so the website can fill it in for you next time. They are saved only after you use the related form, stay in your browser, and are not sent to us until you submit a form again. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's site data, which means you will need to type that information again.

Marketing cookies let us see which companies are visiting our site and which pages draw interest, so our team can follow up with businesses that might be a good fit. We use Apollo.io for this. We also use OpenAI's ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel to learn whether our ads in ChatGPT lead to contact requests. We do not use them to show you ads on other websites.

Apollo sets a first-party cookie and collects technical data such as your browser, device, IP address, and referral source, along with the pages you view. It matches this against its own database to identify the visiting company, and for some visitors based in the US, individual business contact details. This means some of your browsing data is shared with Apollo, which also uses it under its own privacy policy.

The OpenAI pixel sets first-party cookies that keep the reference of the ChatGPT ad you clicked, a random identifier for your browser, and your measurement choice. When you send a contact or quote request, we also tell OpenAI that a request came in, with that ad reference, a SHA-256 hash of your email address and name, your IP address, and your browser details. We never send your email address in readable form or the content of your message. OpenAI uses this data to measure our ads, under its own privacy policy.

These cookies are only set, and OpenAI is only told about your request, if you accept marketing cookies in the cookie banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time through "Cookie settings".

Some features on our website are provided by third-party services, which may also set cookies on your device or receive technical data from your browser. We use the following third-party tools:

• Google Analytics 4: Website traffic and user behavior analysis. Their privacy policy
• Microsoft Clarity: Session recording and heatmaps to understand user interaction. Their privacy policy
• Apollo.io: Website visitor identification, matching traffic to companies and contacts for B2B marketing. Their privacy policy
• OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads): Measuring whether our ads in ChatGPT lead to contact and quote requests, only after you accept marketing cookies. Their privacy policy
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: Cookieless traffic and performance measurement, with no cross-site tracking. Their privacy policy
• Cloudflare (Turnstile and Web Analytics): Bot protection on forms, and aggregate traffic and page performance measurement that sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. Their privacy policy
• Cal.com: Booking calendar for scheduling a call, which may set its own cookies when it opens. Their privacy policy

Our Privacy Policy lists every service provider that receives personal data from the website and explains the transfer of that data to the United States.

You can control and manage cookies in several ways:

Cookie banner and Cookie settings

When you first visit the site, we show a cookie banner where you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category. You can change your choices at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the website footer. When you turn a category off, Google Analytics stops using cookies right away, and the other tools in that category stop loading once you reload the page or come back to the website. Cookies they already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.

Browser settings

You can also manage cookies directly through your browser. Most browsers let you block, delete, or get notifications when cookies are set. Here are instructions for common browsers:

Note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of this and many other websites.

Opt out of Google Analytics

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies and local storage can last for different periods:

• Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
• Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (shown in the tables above) or until you delete them manually.
• Local storage has no expiry date. It stays in your browser until you clear your browser's site data.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new version number and date, and described in the revision history below. If we add a new optional category or tool, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie banner.
