Every placement starts with a 2-week trial period. If the engineer is not the right fit, the replacement is free and you pay only for the days worked.
No Long-Term Contracts
All engagements are month-to-month after the trial period. No multi-month minimum: after the trial, end anytime with 30 days notice.
Replacement Guarantee
If an engineer leaves or is let go within the first 30 days, we find a qualified replacement at no extra cost.
