Get Blockchain Developers
Smart contract and Web3 engineers who build on Ethereum, Solana, and other chains. LATAM has a growing blockchain developer community with real DeFi, NFT, and protocol experience.
Senior blockchain developers in LATAM cost $80-115k vs $180-250k in the US. Solidity and Web3 expertise is genuinely scarce globally.
Blockchain work requires cryptography, distributed systems, and consensus protocol understanding. LATAM CS graduates with these foundations are well-suited to the domain.
LATAM's high crypto adoption rates (particularly in Argentina, Brazil, and Venezuela) have created developers who use and think about blockchain for real-world financial applications, not just speculation.
Compatible with US and European crypto teams. Web3 development often involves teams across time zones, and LATAM developers are comfortable with that.
LATAM's crypto-native developer community has produced engineers with hands-on DeFi protocol experience, not just smart contract tutorials.
Every candidate completes all five stages before you see their profile. You can also run your own technical round after our screening.
A timed test measuring analytical thinking, pattern recognition, and problem-solving clarity, independent of specific programming language knowledge.
A structured interview assessing communication style, conflict resolution, ownership mindset, and English proficiency in a professional context.
A 90-minute session covering smart contract security: candidates identify common vulnerabilities in a Solidity code sample (reentrancy, integer overflow, access control bypass, front-running). They also walk through a contract design problem: implementing a time-locked token vesting contract with gas efficiency in mind. We assess their Foundry testing approach including fuzz and invariant tests, and their understanding of EVM storage layout for gas optimization.
Verification of work history, education, and identity with written consent, aligned with applicable privacy rules including LGPD where relevant.
We speak with at least two professional references who worked with the candidate in an engineering context, not personal contacts.
After our screening, you can optionally run your own technical round before making an offer.

Smart contracts are immutable once deployed. A bug is permanent, and on mainnet it costs real money. Our developers have the security mindset that blockchain work requires. They test adversarially, not just for the happy path.
GitHub Copilot for Solidity boilerplate (ERC implementations, access control patterns). They review all AI-generated Solidity for security implications before using it.
AI-assisted security analysis: using AI tools to identify potential vulnerability patterns in contract code as part of review.
They write Foundry fuzz tests and invariant tests as a standard part of contract development, not just as an audit preparation step.
They communicate gas costs and security tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders. They know when a cheaper but riskier approach is not acceptable.
They stay current with audit findings across the space. Learning from public post-mortems of hacked protocols is part of their security education.
