What's the minimum squad size?

Our smallest squads are 3 people: a tech lead and two developers. Most clients start there and grow. We've run squads up to 12.

Do I need a CTO or tech lead on my side?

Not necessarily. Our embedded tech lead can work directly with a product manager or founder. If you have a CTO, they'll work closely with our tech lead on architecture decisions.

What if a squad member leaves?

We handle replacement. We maintain coverage during transitions and aim to have a replacement up to speed within 2 weeks. Continuity is our responsibility.

How are squads billed?

Monthly, based on the number of people on the squad and their seniority. You get a clear breakdown before the first invoice. No hourly tracking, no surprise charges.

Can the squad work with our existing US engineers?

Yes. Many clients have a hybrid setup, a small US team for leadership or product direction and a LATAM squad for execution. Our squads are experienced with hybrid collaboration.

How long do most squad engagements last?

Our average engagement is 12 months. Some clients have been running the same squad for 3+ years. There's no maximum, as long as the product exists, the squad can keep building.
