Any situation where the engineer is no longer working with your team within the first 30 days, regardless of the reason. Performance issues, cultural mismatch, the engineer finding another role, anything. We do not require you to prove fault.

What happens after the 30-day replacement window?

After 30 days, the engagement transitions to month-to-month terms. If you need to replace an engineer after the guarantee window, we can still help. There will be a reduced placement fee for existing clients, but it is not free.

Can I pause an engagement instead of ending it?

Yes. If your project needs slow down temporarily, you can pause an engagement for up to 60 days with 2 weeks notice. The engineer is held in a reserved state and you resume without a new placement fee.
