The Process
Six steps from your briefing call to an engineer shipping code on your team. Every stage is designed to maximize fit and minimize ramp-up time.
The Process
No black boxes. No mystery. Here is exactly how we find, vet, and place your engineers.
You tell us what you need. Role, seniority, tech stack, team culture, working hours, and any deal-breakers. This can be a 30-minute call or a written brief. We ask the questions that agencies typically skip, the ones that predict long-term fit.
Technically, we could generate a shortlist in minutes. We have an active, pre-vetted pipeline. But we don't. We manually review each candidate against your specific brief: technical alignment, English level, current availability, timezone fit, and team dynamic signals. That individual review is what takes 3 days. It is a deliberate quality check, not a speed limitation.
Every candidate who reaches the client review step has passed all five internal screening stages. This is where most candidates are filtered out. Our 5% acceptance rate is earned here.
See the full vetting breakdownYou receive a shortlist of 3 to 5 vetted candidates. Profiles include a written summary, screening results, and our recommendation. You decide who to move forward. You can run your own technical interview if you prefer, though most clients take our word for it.
We prepare the engineer for your specific context: team structure, tools, communication cadence, and any legal or NDA requirements. They also receive a targeted briefing on your company type (startup, growing company, enterprise, or agency) so they understand the environment before day one. An engineer who has only worked in large structured companies needs different preparation than one coming from a startup. We address that before they join. The first week is structured to minimize ramp-up time. Most engineers are contributing meaningfully by day five.
We stay involved. Monthly check-ins with both the engineer and the client. We catch friction early and resolve it fast. If something is not working, you have a 2-week trial window and a free replacement guarantee. We measure our success by how long the engagement lasts.
We could shortlist in minutes. We take 3 days because every candidate is reviewed individually against your brief, with availability confirmed, before anything reaches you.
