The challenge
The client is an established enterprise education company that wanted to try something new: a digital learning platform for preschool-age children. Fully animated 3D worlds where kids learn letters, numbers, shapes, and basic concepts through play, with Duolingo-style learning paths guiding them through each world. The platform needed three interfaces: a kid-facing web app with 3D animated learning worlds, a parent panel for tracking progress and managing screen time, and an admin dashboard for content creators to build and publish new learning modules. As a new initiative inside a large company, the timeline was tight. They needed a working product in two months to validate the concept internally and secure continued investment.
Our solution
This project was built using AI-assisted development from day one. The team used AI coding tools to generate UI components, scaffold API endpoints, and draft initial implementations that they then reviewed, refined, and shipped. This approach cut development time on repetitive work by roughly 60%, freeing the team to focus on the parts that required human creativity: the 3D world design, the Duolingo-style progression mechanics, and the animations that make the experience fun for three-year-olds. We shipped three complete worlds with sample content to validate the concept. Final content production was out of scope for this phase.
