Get Product Managers
Product managers who write clear PRDs, run discovery, prioritize with data, and communicate well across engineering, design, and business. LATAM has experienced PMs with US SaaS and startup product context.
Senior PMs in LATAM cost $55-85k vs $140-190k in the US. Product experience at a meaningful cost difference, especially for growth-stage startups.
LATAM PMs increasingly work on products targeting US users. They understand product-market fit signals, SaaS metrics, and US customer behavior.
Product management requires clear communication across teams. LATAM PMs in our network work in English fluently, including documentation, stakeholder presentations, and async written communication.
4-8 hours of daily overlap with US teams. Product work depends heavily on real-time conversations: standups, planning, and customer calls.
LATAM's SaaS and fintech sectors have built data-driven PM cultures. Engineers with product sense are increasingly transitioning into PM roles with technical depth.
Every candidate completes all five stages before you see their profile. You can also run your own technical round after our screening.
We review examples of their product work: a PRD, a roadmap presentation, or a feature brief. We look for clarity of thinking, structure, and the ability to connect user problems to business outcomes.
Structured questions covering how they've navigated engineering capacity constraints, handled stakeholder conflicts over prioritization, made product decisions with incomplete data, and communicated a product decision that was unpopular.
A 60-90 minute live case study: a product scenario relevant to the target company's domain. Candidates work through discovery, problem framing, prioritization, and success metrics. We assess how they think out loud, how they handle ambiguity, and how they communicate tradeoffs to a technical team.
We verify employment history, education credentials, and identity documents.
We speak with at least two former engineering leads or managers. We ask about cross-functional communication quality, clarity of requirements, and how they handled scope changes.
After our screening, you can optionally run your own technical round before making an offer.

PMs who just write tickets and run standups add limited value. Ours do discovery, make prioritization decisions with data, and communicate clearly enough that engineers don't need to guess at intent.
AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for PRD drafting, user story refinement, and competitive analysis. They use AI to produce faster first drafts and then apply judgment to refine them.
AI-assisted synthesis of user interview transcripts and support tickets to identify patterns in qualitative feedback.
They write acceptance criteria that developers and QA engineers can act on without clarification meetings.
They communicate using data: conversion rates, retention cohorts, and feature adoption numbers are part of their vocabulary.
They flag scope creep and tradeoffs proactively. Engineering teams don't hear 'can we just add one more thing' after estimates are committed.
